  • 【3A Molecular Sieve】: 3A molecular sieve desiccant is a type of compound aluminosilicate desiccant whose effective pore size is 0.3nm. It is mainly used to absorb water and does not absorb and molecular larger than 0.3nm. Its application characteristics in industrial use are: rapid absorption seed, a mass of reusable times, strong anti-crash strength, and strong anti-pollution ability, which improves the use effectiveness of molecular sieve and extends its service life.
  • 【Complies with Industry Standard, Strict Quality Control】: Wisesorb 3A molecular sieve desiccant goes through strict quality control process before they are released from the factory. It complies with molecular sieve industry standard and ensure that every bottle if product are qualified and has premium quality.
  • 【Wide Range of Use】: Pore size of 3A molecular sieve is 3A, which is applicable for drying of all types air, hollow glass, refrigerating fluid, natural gas, methane, unsaturated hydrocarbon, pyrolysis gas, ethylene, acetylene, propylene, butadiene, etc.
  • 【Rapid Moisture Absorption, Reusable】: Wisesorb 3A molecular sieve has strong moisture absorption ability even under low temperature and low humidity rate. At the time, it still possesses certain moisture absorption under high temperature . It can be reactivated when dried under 550°C.
  • 【How to Reactivate】: The 3A molecular sieve can be placed in a muffle furnace and backed at 550°C (1020℉) for 2 hours, then transferred to a drying cylinder, and cooled to room temperature for use.

Dries ethanol just fine.

For 190 proof ethanol equal volumes will dry the ethanol. For wetter ethanol, distillation is first needed. Produces a lot of heat, so apply incrementally. Not cheap, but can be regenerated in a very hot oven, I think it takes 12 hours.

Stuff is no joke

Bought for 3D printing filament.I bought a Polymaker Polydryer+Box I dried a fresh roll of vacuum sealed (w/desiccant) Creality PETG for about three days. When I initially put it in I believe it was around 32% right after I opened everything and pooped it in. Around 12 hours later 27%, two more days of 12-14 hour heating and I was able to get it to 19%. After two days off the heater it rose to 22% in the dry box. I just dumped this in the bottom of the poly box two and a half hours ago. It's at 10%. I don't think this dinky hygrometer they send with the Polydryer+Box is capable of displaying less than 10%. I bet it's even lower.Really, really, impressed. Put this around your filament rolls for storage and you'll be good to go fellas/fellets.

I bought this to dry 3D filament which I store in gasketted polycarbonate boxes. The humidity sensor in the box rapidly drops to <10% and with this desiccant it has been at that level for months despite frequent opening and reel swaps. I have three of these boxes, one of which I used fresh silica beads as a control. The silica took far longer to lower the humidity and started to fail after 8 weeks while this desiccant is still going strong after 4 months.Beware others comments that this desiccant can be dried in a domestic microwave; DO NOT DO THIS. I have seen these ceramic beads molten red hot (ie in excess of 1200°C) from a microwave which is highly dangerous. Please use a low kiln or oven/air-fryer set to maximum to refresh these beads.
