Fresh Food in a Humid Place

I moved to the southeast from the west coast and was worried about the humidity spoiling my food prematurely or causing clumping. Flour, white/brown sugar, oats, rice, etc are all doing fine.

Works well for use in my storage jars for dried food. I also add a pack to food stored in vacuum sealed bags just in case. So far no spoilage!
